We are inviting a Finance Analyst Baltics to join our team, based in Vilnius and help to drive improved business performance by effectively supporting execution of reporting, planning and forecasting processes for Baltic markets. As part of the longer-term strategic plan, this is a great opportunity to actively support business decision making in the organization, that is changing millions of lives globally.

Your key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include mainly:

• Handle execution of regular (monthly/quarterly/annual) closing, forecasting and reporting, financial compliance & control activities
• Provide management with the relevant business analysis and presentations as well as technical/analytical support to the business to support in decision making, monthly operational reviews and ad-hoc requests
• Further develop and maintain financial data management set-up (incl. Baltic data market) and business critical reporting solutions, incl. financial data verification, reconciliation, data submission/uploads to financial systems
• Monitor business performance against set objectives and initiate corrective measures, as relevant
• Engage proactively in external and commercial activities with the objective of driving growth, productivity and efficiency for the business. Lead and handle the execution on the Company Strategic priorities - development projects (e.g. Digitalization of Financial reporting, analytics, planning)
• Contribute and/or drive the finance process development initiatives.
