To accelerate the Oncology digital ability and embrace and drive greater impact from our investments, we are looking for a Digital Project lead who will work in partnership with brand teams, supporting a comprehensive cultural transformation to a more innovative and digital-driven company. Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Implement a clear and well-communicated project management plan for digital in the Franchise in alignment with the local cross-functional team (marketing, medical, market access, etc.) for the strategic brands
• Ensure that the Regional digital strategy is implemented for prioritized brands/ launches
• Engage with key partners to develop innovative digital solutions, with strong digital impact on relevant growth targets, for brand and on franchise level
• Lead a broadside digital project (such as Patient Portal) in cooperation with the Digital Head
• Allocate digital resources in brand forecast and optimize resource allocation to support digital strategic priorities
• Create and implement innovative digital tools (such as multichannel, patient adherence, etc.) and drive innovative approaches to the integration of commercial inputs across all Stakeholders and introduce new digital go to market models for the Oncology Business Unit
• Communicate the digital strategic priorities in a way it enhances identification and team approach
• Function as a role model for Novartis values, shape and contribute to the culture and actively drive Novartis diversity & inclusion agenda
• Regularly interact with the commercial and digital teams in the cluster to align on commercial opportunities and associated risks, cross country collaboration and resource allocation

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, MBA or similar
• Strong digital background - proven experience in leading implementation of digital projects and digital change management, good knowledge of digital tools
• Successful track of digital initiatives with demonstrated business impact measured by organizational metrics
• Excellent project and process management skills
• Self-starter personality, initiator, change-agent with the ability to set a vision within a undefined space
• Fluent Hebrew and English – both languages required at proficiency level





Desirable requirements:
• Knowledge of healthcare industry and its regulations and maturity to act with confidentiality and sensitivity
• Outstanding ability to collaborate across a matrix and multi-cultural company and strong ability to engage and influence at all levels within the organization
