A role within our internal consulting teams, will be responsible for driving value to Novartis through shaping, leading and delivering projects and associated governance and control tasks. The role is predominantly project based and involves working on tasks that could cover any part of the Novartis business. The content is likely to include the design, implementation and continuous improvement of services, processes and other solution elements, including data and digital solutions.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Support CTS transformation program, which includes-Delivering successful transformation project within the planned budget and timeline. Defining, designing and enhancing services for various domains like IT, Procurement, Finance and Accounting, HR etc. Build and manage key stakeholder relationships, initiating sales processes with internal stakeholders.

• Responsible for building process standards and maintenance. Leading a team to designing /re-designing new processes using various lean six sigma, agile, design thinking techniques. Mapping and maintaining new processes in BPM tools like Nimbus / Adonis etc. Leading various workshops along with business operations, IT and SME`s. Driving change in a heavily networked environment. Follow Novartis project methodology to ensure standardization in implementation. Contribute and support practice Innovation and development.

• Digital Tools & Transformation experience-including Process mining(Celonis),working with IT and technology group to implement the tools with Core ERP system, Opportunity development-Actively contributing to the development / success of projects teams, Driving problem-solving with internal Novartis project stakeholders to solutions that drive value Shaping opportunities by building internal networks beyond project stakeholders, developing trustworthy relationships, and ensuring these are nurtured and maintained,

• S4 Hanna-A function technical role with fair understanding in various aspects of S4 Hana. Hands on experience in ERP/SAP transformation & implementation. Extensive experience global development projects & rollouts. Large Transformation Program-Hands on experience in multi-year and multi domain large- transformation project ( > $ 100 MM), Capturing the business and user requirements, performing fit-gap workshops in the area of the assigned work package, identify critical integration points and dependencies, propose solutions for key gaps, provide effort estimations and alignment with business teams. Designing new processes, operating models and new ways of working using LEAN or other process designing methodology. Improving and sustaining standardization efficient while respecting regulatory/control requirements (e.g., NFCM-control requirements, P3, TPRM, GxP) Supporting implementation of the proposed changes in core systems.

• Contribute to the practice leadership, at all levels. The role may require regular travel to Novartis locations where on-site project delivery is required for internal project stakeholders. Domain Experience-Commercial / Operation / Specific Finance field / Data & Analytics) hands on experience in improving specific domain process (ex : for commercial improving cash-flow , digitalization of supplier-to-customer CapEx management etc) Supported organization transformation by redesigning workflows and interactions with Domain teams. Have worked with cross functional team (SME`s, Solution Design, Process Modelers, Country leads etc) in earlier projects. Redesigned processes around customer requirements and redefined compliance standards with suppliers.

• Consulting delivery-Leading large scale projects with a strong focus on successful outcome delivery, responsible for project delivery, as part of a wider team or alone as a part of building new strategic opportunities, leading the scoping of projects and associated governance and control tasks, driving positive internal Novartis stakeholders’ delivery experience and feedback

• Playing a leading role in key initiatives that enables the internal consulting team to grow and develop sustainably, Playing a leading role in the internal consulting team strategy implementation with the development of a particular method, capability or solution area, Playing a leading role in the internal consulting team growth by supporting recruitment efforts and acting as coach / mentor of new / existing team members

• Capability development-Demonstrating advanced level of competence in at least one of the chosen area (Operating Model design, Operational Excellence, Program / Project Management, Change Management, and Data and Digital),May also be seen as a great all-rounder, with strong capability for operating, new opportunity development and practice / people management, Building consulting excellence foundations by leading the development of new skills related to at least one of the chosen area (Operating Model design, Operational Excellence, Program / Project Management, Change Management, and Data and Digital),Ensuring consistent value and quality of delivery by sharing knowledge and successful practice with team members and across Novartis. Building professional skills, core capability/delivery skills, opportunity development and/or leadership capabilities
