Position Purpose:

Provides expertise on operational / strategic initiatives and project for the assigned Site Development function. Responsible PMO for the assigned SD project portfolio in support of achieving the NTO people goals. (50%). Support the Head SD with specific initiatives & ad-hoc requests. (25%), support the wider SD organization with specific initiatives & preparing solution proposals, including in-depth data analysis. (25%).

An ability to see the big picture and how the pieces of the puzzle fit together help to succeed as a project support lead.

Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support in research and analytics on SD Strategic activities of Projects and develop plans to execute the projects in collaboration with the SD LT. Support SD LT team with innovative ideas leveraging data and technology for projects. High-level impact assessment across all initiatives.

• Design, organize and operationalize KPI cockpit populated with up-to-date information for decision-making/ triage (automate where possible) in governance meetings. Organize & operationalize regular cadence of governance meetings.

• Identification of key opportunities/ challenges for assigned SD projects to build right culture, productivity and efficiency targets. Impact assessment across all NTO strategic initiatives. Communicate and support change management where required.

• The projects represent opportunities for the NTO organization to develop new assigned SD products, tools and continuously improve existing processes. Troubleshoot problems or launch initiatives designed to reduce operational costs, standardize processes improve results and increase efficiency.

• Collaborate with other managers, to execute projects. Analyze the project portfolio to ensure that work aligns to SD strategic decisions. If required Liaise with NTO fi-nance BPA in Hyderabad and Stein to shape the rigor of financial reporting for NTO strategic initiatives

• Project Management activities - Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.

2. Liaise with stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope and
a. objectives. Lead schedule management
3. Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
4. Analyze risks and opportunities
5. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
6. Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
7. Ensure standards and requirements are met through expected quality

• Support the assigned SD project portfolio as PMO.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Minimum University or College Degree in any field or life science with MBA degree or equivalent.
• Overall, more than 10 years’ experience out of which at least 10 in managerial/ Individual contributor and Consulting roles / Project manager. Broad experience (approx. 10+ years) in Lifesciences or Healthcare desirable. At least 5 years global experience desired.
• Good team coordination and project management skills, Strong problem solving skills, ability to work under pressure, demonstrating initiative and flexibility through effective and innovative leadership, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to operate effectively in a global environment.
• Excellent organizational, planning, resource and global project management skills. Global customer facing experience / ability to interact with Sr. Stakeholder in NTO P&O LT organizations.
• Creative thinking , Curiosity , Credibility , thinking conceptually and practically, attention to detail and quality focused.
