Job Description

50+!We are aiming to submit 50+ NDA applications in China during 2019-2023.
•Support business unit to capture business opportunity and optimize efficiency. Support line manager as FE business partner to provide whole set of SFE support to business department by leverage other FE function resource.
•Work with business departments to optimize current process to improve salesforce efficiency
•Drive and implement FE process / SOP in business department, including territory selection and alignment and target allocation. Provide consistent methodologies templates, tools and analytical support to the sales team on cycle territory management.
•Be able to connect the dots and see the bigger picture. Able to deal with stressful situations and handle each task as decided
•Consistently learns new skills and uses them to improve performance and provide suggestions for betterment
•Initiate new modeling methodology and performing regular diagnostics to assess performance :
•Work closely with business departments to understand and translate business needs into analytic requirements, develop an actionable analysis plan.
•Facilitate for the training of the regular sales reports/procedure to FE to ensure analysis results are well understood and conduct by FE

Minimum Requirements

•Bachelor degree or above. A minimum of 3+ years demonstrated strong capabilities and experience in Pharmaceutical industry.
•Hands-on experiences on sales planning and other FE relevant capability including sales force deployment, territory alignment, target setting, SFE KPI setting, tracking and analytics.
•Demonstrates capacity to learn and understand sales and market strategy, customer approach and sales force daily operations.
•Skills of project management and good cross-functional collaborations.
•Ability to constantly self-challenge and challenge others in a constructive way.
•Show integrity, tenacity, resilience and adaptability in complex situations and an often changing environment; is able to handle pressure and commit to and respect deadlines.
•Good command of written English, communication verbal English
