Lead Consultant - Service and Process Excellence, Novartis, Prague, Czech Republic

102! Number of locations where we are building our structure of Global Process Leads. A team role within SPEX Centre of Excellence team, a centralized process management team with the objective of managing standardized processes. A role within our internal consulting teams, will be responsible for driving value to Novartis through shaping, leading and delivering projects and associated governance and control tasks. The role is predominantly project based and involves working on tasks that could cover any part of the Novartis business. The content is likely to include the design, implementation and continuous improvement of services, processes and other solution elements, including data and digital solutions.

Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Defining, designing and enhancing services for various domains like Commercial, Operations, Finance with hands on experience in improving specific domain processes (commercial improving cash-flow, digitalization of supplier-to-customer CapEx management)
• Leading large scale, long-term projects with a strong focus on successful outcome delivery. Designing new processes, operating models and new ways of working using LEAN or other process designing methodology
• Build and manage key stakeholder relationships, initiating sales processes with internal stakeholders
• Leading a team to designing /re-designing new processes using various lean six sigma, agile, design thinking techniques and driving changes
• Responsible for project delivery, as part of a wider team or alone as a part of building new strategic opportunities
• Mapping new processes in BPM tools like Nimbus / Adonis, ML / AI, BlackLine, Ariba, Celonis, Python. Improving and sustaining standardization efficient while respecting regulatory/control requirements (e.g., NFCM-control requirements, P3, TPRM, GxP).
• Contribute and support practice Innovation and development (e.g. Team Mentoring, buddying, interviews, tracking records / case studies, pipeline management etc.)
• Ensure processes are compliant to the governance and documentation standards of Process Lifecycle Management

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Graduate or postgraduate degree & Further education Technical, Scientific, Business Discipline.
• 10+ years’ experience leading process design and implementation for large international companies with Management consulting, Outsourcing, Post-merger integration, Technology, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Pharma / Biosciences background
• Significant experience, and proven ability to manage consulting teams (including virtual teams), and motivate stakeholders of widely varying backgrounds across a dispersed and matrixed organization
• Strong project and change management knowledge as well as proven analytical demeanor

Desirable requirements:
• Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Change management, Project management, Facilitation /Coaching, design thinking, ITIL.
• Hands on experience in ERP/SAP transformation & implementation (S4 Hana)
