Job Description

Join a team that manages activities and supports the effective implementation of key programs influencing how we conduct our business by providing leadership and expertise for major ethics, risk and compliance areas.
As the ERC manager you will be the business partner to the local Finnish team, advising in areas such as interactions with HCPs and Patients and PAGs, Third Party Risk Management and Conflict of Interest. We are looking for a colleague on a temporary contract / 12 months.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Under leadership of the ERC Head Nordic and in close co-ordination with Senior Business (e.g. Country Heads) and Representatives from other Functions (e.g. Internal Audit, BPO, Legal):
1) Provide support to the local business owners on ERC related topics, including P3, local external code, AB, TPRM, CoI etc.
2) Drive robust implementation of the ERC Manager role and provide support to Country Managers in Oncology and Pharma.
3) Support local implementation activities using existing tools and up-skilling the capabilities of the teams by providing training and other supporting activities.
4) Perform on-boarding of new associates from an ERC perspective.
5) Develop and update supporting materials and tools related to Ethics Risk & Compliance/Risk / TPRM.
6) Locally implement and review and refine the Anti-Bribery / TPG strategy, policy, process and systems.
7) Contribute to ERC / TPRM / RISK discussions
8) Projects - Provide strategic support to ERC upon request, including managing / being an active team member of strategic Projects for a range of Compliance topic.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Experience from a similar or related position. Experience in the health care industry is a plus
• Very good knowledge of local external code (PIF)
• Finnish and fluent English (written and spoken)
• The ability to Collaborate across functions
• Ability to work independently, decisively and lead projects
• User knowledge with MS Office and Teams, digital savvy
