Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• You will be responsible for achievement of set objectives by visiting of target customers and putting patients interest in the center of strategy
• You will implement and be accountable for operational brand plans which optimize brands performance and market share growth in the short and long term for dedicated products
• You will create promotional materials and optimize channel/promotional mix according to brand strategy through appropriate resource allocation that meets brand objectives and customer needs
• You will identify and successfully manage Key Accounts, including hospitals
• You will be recognized as the ‘brand champion’ by developing and continuously updating knowledge of relevant disease areas, therapy, products and markets as well as anticipating future trends in disease management.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Background in Medicine or Pharmacology, and/or degree in Business Marketing/Sales
• 3 years of experience in field working with specialists in Pharmaceutical industry and successful Key Account management
• Deep understanding of local regulations and ethical requirements
• Marketing knowledge and digital intelligence in promotion of medicinal products
• Enthusiasm to work together and to inspire the Team
• Business fluent in English (written and spoken) and excellent Estonian language.
