The Manager, Data Science, Customer Experience will work across multiple Voice of Customer teams to compile and evaluate data to assist in business decisions. This person will have an impact on the direction of the company by creating and executing analytics that will drive customer success design and improvements, as well as inform our product roadmap, executive leadership strategy and board-level presentations. This role will report to the Director of Data Science within the Commercial Acceleration (“CA”) Organization.

What will you be responsible for.
•Generate actionable insights from the customer interaction patterns to improve sales and customer experience.
•Understand and build consistent measuring techniques of customer journey frictions
•Work closely with the different groups in the Voice of Customer team to operate more effectively, create and track metrics across our operations, and share informative actionable insights
•Conduct and propose initiatives in problems like supervised and unsupervised learning, classification, NLP (natural language processing) and text analytics, information retrieval, recommendation system and time series analysis using AI/ML, deep learning.
•Work with senior team members to carry out the design, build, and management of Customer experience feedback tools
•Lead development and implementation of efficient, modular, reusable ML/AI models and data pipelines in modern computational environments to process variety of commercial/ real world data
•Act as a data science SME to Brand Analysts in structuring and conducting analyses to answer the most pressing questions across franchises
•Discover business insights by building and developing models and methodologies and applying sophisticated statistical and machine learning approaches
•Help evolve analytical models and methods to better align with the Commercial Analytic Roadmap
•Provide input on the development and testing of analytics tools that provide access to self-service reporting and analytics models
•Identify KPI's to track the efficiency and effectiveness of the new initiatives
•Measure the campaign’s impact, leveraging findings to modify future campaigns
•Understand how the evaluation and implementation of new data sources, tools, and capabilities impact analytical capabilities
•Become a trusted advisor to cross-functional stakeholders by delivering high-quality analytics
•Serve as a functional expert in Data Science, including data modeling and analysis
•Provide creative solutions to complex issues where fundamental principles do not clearly apply or where data appear to conflict

Minimum Requirements

What you will bring to this role.
•Minimum of 3 years of experience
•In-depth knowledge of AI and machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Numpy, and Scikit-learn, and/or open-source/commercial graph databases
•Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
•Ability to manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines
•Excels at interacting with a diverse group of people, all levels of management, including senior leadership
•Change management and project management experience
•Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
•Experience creating Salesforce Reporting and Dashboards is preferred.
