Position Overview:

Support Operations by providing analytical testing for materials or products, including data analysis and reporting.

Major Accountabilities:

Demonstrates an understanding of technical concepts supporting methodologies and systems in Material or Product testing.

Performs troubleshooting and initial investigative work related to OOS, OOE, OOT.

Leads others to consistently in productivity, quality, and teamwork metrics. Drives continuous improvement initiatives within Quality Control

Demonstrates independence and proficiency in performing tests for most products supported by work group. Reviews peer work for accuracy and compliance.

Identifies suspect data and works with management to complete investigations

Identifies technical and compliance issues and works with management on implementing solutions

Performs other duties as assigned

Adheres to all applicable procedures cGMP, company policies, any other regulatory or quality requirements (eg. OSHA, DEA, FDA, EMEA, ANVISA, HS&E, etc.)
