The Senior Statistical Programmer in Speciality Reporting (SxR) is responsible for the production of analytical outputs issued from integrated data that were generated internally or acquired externally in support of ongoing drug development from first in human to real world studies.

The position is a key collaborator with respective analysis and scientific designer stakeholder(s) in delivering analytical outputs independently for a set of activities spanning across projects, compounds and therapeutic areas.

It also supports development of process and technology for advanced data warehousing & analytics, discoverability, use and subsequent re-use of these important company assets through efficient and sustainable executions, with timely and high quality deliverables.

You will be responsible but no limited to:
• Responsible for the transcription and implementation of data requests of medium complexity or size initiatives across studies, projects or disease areas within SxR (e.g. popPK, ER, DI, CDX) scope.
• Contribute efficiently to the coordination of SxR deliveries, through coordination of own assignments.
• Provide effective and robust application and execution of data integration methodologies demonstrating high functional expertise and process knowledge.
• Responsible and accountable for the transcription (timely, accurate and exhaustive documentation) and the implementation of data and reporting requirements into computational specifications and analytical outputs of assigned projects ; and, following appropriate review and approval, for the transfer of SxR deliverables to externals (e.g. submitted to Health Authorities)
• Propose and execute data integration solutions.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Good experience in contributing to statistical analysis plans and/or constructing technical programming specifications. Experience in computer sciences (solid understanding of the development and use of standard programs), and software development preferable.
• Good knowledge of industry standards including CDISC data structures as well as a good knowledge of pharmacometrics analysis requirements (e.g. popPK, Exposure/Response). Experience with novel data storage and query methods (e.g. graph database, semantic query language) preferable.
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements relevant to data handling and programming in drug development (e.g. GCP, study procedures).

Minimum requirements:
• University degree and 3+ years CRO or pharma experience in a programming role or higher degree (M.Sc. ) and 3 years relevant industry experience
• Fluent oral and written English
• Good SAS experience and proven skills in the use of SAS to develop and validate deliverables in a controlled environment. Experience in R, Python and javascript preferable.
