Job Description

Currently Novartis is looking for 1 unique Launch Excellence Lead who manager who implements new product launch governance to ensure critical steps are implemented with quality in timely manner, ensures resources allocation and best practices leveraging across brands. Facilitates early brand strategy development by leading x-functional launch teams and performing specific business/strategic deliverables in early pre-launch stages.

The LEX Lead will strongly interact with multiple stakeholders and Lead cross functional Launch Teams through the launch preparation in a matrix leadership manner. Key stakeholders being the Business Franchise teams, Market access, HEOR, Public affairs, Medical, Digital, P&O DRA etc.


Your responsibilities include, but not limited:

• Develop, manage and lead a consistent and robust product launch process and governance structure which incorporates business cases, pre-launch plans and stakeholders communication plans
• Introduce and localize global Launch Excellence framework based on local environment and practices
• Work with internal launch stakeholders to ensure smooth launch process management and completion of launch readiness tasks successfully (standardized approach across brands)
• Develop capabilities of teams around launch planning and tracking
• Analysis of resources allocation to each product in the launch portfolio
• Promote culture of data driven decisions, support early stage market research and analysis
• Develop and manage robust launch planning and management review process across business units

Minimum Requirements

Minimum requirements
You would be a good match for this role, if you have:

• Higher education (university degree) in related field: pharmacy, medicine, health economics /economics, health policy, outcomes research
• Previous customer marketing, market access experience in pharmaceutical industry
• Both Fluent English and Russian
• Strong stakeholder management, matrix management skills and deep experience in agile ways of working
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, interpretation and efficient communication
