Position Purpose:
Responsible for the definition of Enterprise data quality management processes, including contributing to the definition of data quality rules and metrics related to Enterprise data and in alignment with Enterprise Data Owners. Drives alignment across key stakeholder groups to ensure Enterprise data is being managed for high quality. Develops and monitors data quality KPIs and metrics at an Enterprise level and provides regular updates related to targets and remediation activities, where needed.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Monitoring data quality of assets, planning action with EDO’s across the Enterprise
• Developing and evolving enterprise KPI’s to measure and track the health of data on an on-going basis
• Publishing KPI dashboard at Enterprise level and status on an agreed periodic basis.
• Updating the performance on Enterprise Data Council and Data Leadership Council as needed.
• Driving action to ensure predefined levels/SLA's are maintained on data quality and process performance.
• Align with different domains on performance for their respective actions
• Acts as subject matter expert related to key dimensions of data quality and the overall data quality management processes.

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Education: Master’s in a quantitative discipline, Ph.D. highly preferred (e.g. Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, bioinformatics, epidemiology and Statistics; can also consider Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Decision Science, Quantitative Research, Econometrics, Computational Physics/Chemistry/Biology) and other relevant qualifications.
• 15-18 yrs overall and 10+yrs relevant experience in data governance and data issue resolution
• Good understanding of Data Quality concepts such as Exact & fuzzy matching techniques.
• Familiarity with data visualization and reporting
• Good Math & Statistical analysis skills, ability to interpret and analyze data patterns and anomaly detection
• Experience with data management tools like Collibra, Informatica, EBX etc
