As a Critical Reagent Specialist in the Translational Medicine PK Sciences Bioanalytical group, you will have the opportunity to make a difference. In this Critical Reagent Specialist role, you will be part of a new Critical Reagents group supporting the inventory management of biological assay reference standards used in internal and external bioanalytical laboratories. The position requires project management and outsourcing experience with a focus on reagent production, handling, storage, management and characterization. This role will require excellent communication skills, stakeholder management engagement and an emphasis on customer-centric mindset. You will work with an elite team of scientists involved in the development and qualification of small and large molecule assays supporting pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamic and immunogenicity studies across all phases of the drug discovery & development pipeline. Your emphasis on quality and attention to detail in this role will improve the reliability and reproducibility of important assays in both preclinical and clinical studies.

Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Employ strong organization, communication and documentation skills to coordinate the production of customized assay critical reagents, manage ordering, inventory tracking, reagent expiration, and initiate replenishment/recertification activities as necessary for bioanalytical assays at various phases of drug development
• Utilize strong collaboration skills to work with colleagues from various departments and external service providers to optimize processes, design strategy and inventory management systems to meet the needs for production and characterization of critical reagents
• Provide technical and process troubleshooting and prepare technical documents detailing results
• Based on the candidates interests, there will be opportunities to assist with laboratory work including critical reagent labeling, assay development and characterization and shipping and receiving management

What you bring to the role:
• B.S with 2-4 or more years of experience, M.S. with 0-3 years of experience in a relevant field preferred
• New graduates will be considered.
• Some experience with bioanalysis or project outsourcing and management
• Experience working with cross functional teams in process and strategy improvement
