Navigate Biopharma, a fully owned subsidiary of Novartis, provides assay development, clinical trial testing, and companion diagnostics services to companies in the precision medicine field. Role and Responsibilities:
Design, create, execute, and troubleshoot new procedures and assays. Should exhibit moderate to high level of independence while working on multiple projects. Will contribute to launch of new platforms/assays or manage projects of strategic importance. Candidates must demonstrate critical thinking, initiative and be able to manage success and failure of their projects. Able to communicate with other departments including commercial and external partners. Guide and/or collaborate for successful execution of projects and processes.

Your responsibilities:
1. Plan & execute laboratory research and testing of patient specimens 2. Analysis and QC of patient flow cytometry data using FlowJo software or any other software as needed 3. Data report and data transfer using LIMS 4. Design, create, and troubleshoot new procedures and high complexity flow cytometry assays 5. Design and execute flow cytometry assay validation studies 6. Performs maintenance of flow cytometers 7. Works in a GMP/GCP/GLP/CLIA regulated environment and is responsible for following all applicable regulations 8. Authoring and reviewing technical documents including but not limited to work instructions, study protocols/reports and internal presentations. 9. Collaborates cross functionally with colleagues on various projects as needed 10. Using critical thinking skills, analyze data for trends making recommendations to more senior scientific staff.
