As a Big Data & Advanced Analytics Lead, you will lead enterprise-wide effort to leverage data and technology evolving Oncology Business Unit Poland from dormant & descriptive to predictive & prescriptive analytics, providing quantitative support and business understanding as well as a strategic perspective throughout the organization.


Your Key Responsibilities:
• Shape & deliver a strategy to pioneer centralized data warehouse and a single source of truth with automated data integration, AI models for advanced analytics, centralized platform for cross-domain reporting & visualization leveraging Formula One capabilities.
• Serve as data analytics domain expert throughout the Oncology Business Unit Poland & within SERCE cluster, turning business questions into data analysis and delivering recommendations supported by meaningful insights.
• Providing data-driven recommendations on strategy & plans to amplify customer engagement and improve Novartis access and sales.
• Collaborate with multi-functional colleagues to understand their business needs, formulate and complete end-to-end analysis including data gathering, analysis and creating visual displays of quantitative information.
• Develop and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale to deliver effective visualizations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of leadership.
• Identify and integrate new data sources to address knowledge gaps. Recommending changes to data gathering to improve data quality and use. Implementing field force-friendly tools to optimize data collection and reporting.
• Develop a vision and roadmap for the Oncology Business Unite Poland analytical needs including resource planning, organizational up-skilling in core data analytics capabilities, trailing innovative approaches leading to development of new insights and leveraging latest technology & data science capabilities.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
- Experience working with large data sets (extracting, transforming & integrating) coming from various sources. Experience with CRM data.
- Shown experience articulating business questions, pulling data from datasets and using data science capabilities to arrive at an answer.
- Capable of translating analysis results into business recommendations. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Distinctive problem solving skills, technological surveillance and curiosity for emerging technologies and customer experience innovation.
- Leadership potential e.g. leading without authority, change management and critical thinking
- Proficiency in Polish and English (oral and written)


Desirable Requirements:
- Master’s degree with emphasis on quantitative methods (e.g. Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Data Sciences).
- Deep interest and proficiency in data, analysis and trends and applied knowledge of statistics and evaluation.
