The Novartis Digital Marketing team is looking for a Digital Program Manager, Web Experimentation who will provide thought leadership and structure for website, development, updates, and enhancements to ensure our website is user-focused and provides intuitive desktop and mobile experiences.

This is a remote opportunity. This position can be based remotely anywhere in the U.S. (there may be some exceptions based on legal entity registration). Please note that this role would not provide relocation as a result. The expectation of working hours and travel (domestic and/or international) will be defined by the hiring manager.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Strategy: Lead Ideation, scoring and prioritization workshops with respective brand teams
Collaboration: Collaborate with brands and creative agencies to build and optimize new user journeys that are engaging, targeted to relevant audience profiles, and align with brand and messaging.
Vendor Management: Engage with and help direct vendors to implement and execute on tests and roadmaps. Ensure timelines are met and value is delivered.
Implementation: Work with front end developers to build and deploy tests within experimentation tool, support technical implementation, and do troubleshooting.
Project Planning: With support from cross-functional team, manage the end-to-end website optimization roadmap, including prioritization, requirements gathering, implementation, and next-step recommendations. Consistent collaboration with our measurement and analytics team for measurement analysis is required.
User Experience: Lead website testing and optimizations inclusive of A/B testing, multivariate testing, and personalization to ensure optimal user experience and make improvements as needed
Optimization: Work with SEO, Paid Media strategists and content strategist to support and enable execution of tests for optimizing website content, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks and media effectiveness that drive qualified traffic
Leadership: Act as key stakeholder and contributor in any new website development/redesign projects, partnering across teams throughout creative, build and implementation phases to ensure high quality, on-time releases that balance customer and business needs
Experimentation Technology: Identify, evaluate, and recommend to leadership new digital technologies and uses web analytics tools to measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media and display and search advertising

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Minimum of two years proven experience of A/B & and content personalization principles and methodologies
• Excellent communication skills, confident with management and able to clearly articulate thoughts and recommendations with attention to detail
• Experience using behavioral data tools like Heatmaps, click maps, user testing and online surveys to drive test ideas and share findings
• Proven track record of effectively managing multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
• Proven track record of building use cases/experiments, hypotheses, and resulting tests.
• Experience with Google reporting suite, including GA 360, Google data studios, Google tag manager, and Optimizely Web experimentation tool a plus.
• Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in web content management, SEO and Google analytics
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team as well as with 3rd party agencies
