The Novartis Digital Marketing team is looking for multiple Digital Program Managers, Digital Delivery who are highly engaged digital & multichannel specialists to craft future commercialization of brands for Novartis and help improve the lives of patients.

This is a remote opportunity. This position can be based remotely anywhere in the U.S. (there may be some exceptions based on legal entity registration). Please note that this role would not provide relocation as a result. The expectation of working hours and travel (domestic and/or international) will be defined by the hiring manager.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Strategy: Understand brand objectives / strategic imperatives to enable delivery of optimal marketing solutions. Provide strategic guidance and best practices to brands for select marketing activities identifying opportunities for improvement/enhancement.
Leadership: Lead cross-functional delivery team and run status meetings, capturing and tracking progress for action items, issues and risks, etc. Oversee campaign initiation through coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Project Planning: Develop and manage integrated project plan for third party (media) and internal CRM, email, SMS, inbound/outbound calls & direct mail activities.
Measurement: Ensure campaign goals/KPIs are defined (requirements-gathering phase), tracked (development phase) and measured (analytics phase).
Collaboration: Engage with key resources (e.g. Privacy, Compliance, Legal, IT) on an as-needed basis managing deliverables across vendors and internal cross-functional teams to ensure quality, timeliness, and accuracy. Work with the quality assurance manager to proactively monitor the campaigns tactics to ensure that they are operating as planned.
Compliance & Risk Management: Complete digital readiness review for relevant digital tactics and ensure functional integrity through MAP reviews and launch. Engage with Creative and Media AORs as needed throughout campaign setup & development stages to identify dependencies / gaps in the campaign plan and provide guidance to address identified risks.
Campaign Management: Partner with marketing automation vendor to develop and approve metadata requests and campaign business rules to ensure accurate setup of campaign tactics and campaign overall.
Quality Assurance: Initiate and manage campaign quality assurance process to ensure deliverables meet all end-to-end and functional testing requirements so that desired customer expectations are delivered.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Education: Bachelor's Degree required, MBA or Masters preferred
• 2-5 years’ experience working in strategic and/or digital marketing area is required
• Strong focus on customer/client service Experience in strategy and/or client services (e.g. agency, consultancy)
• Entrepreneurial spirit, ability to work quickly, efficiently and strategically with a wide range of internal departments.
• Administrative management skills - planning, organization, operational decision making and analysis
• Demonstrated business expertise and knowledge (business acumen) and the ability to consult internally and/or externally
• Ability to build relationships, collaborate and influence across a matrix organization
• Demonstrated experience in working with others to achieve organizational objectives including the ability to anticipate and adapt, own and or/work group tactics to support changing business needs.
• Strong organizational, analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated strong skills in oral and written communication, project management
