The Novartis Digital Marketing team is looking for multiple Digital Program Managers, Web Experience to be responsible for liaising between the brand, agency, and IT to pull through the user experience (UX) strategy for a brand or franchise. They will focus on delivering “next-generation” strategic enablers that allow our brands to conduct business in a patient-centric fashion.

This is a remote opportunity. This position can be based remotely anywhere in the U.S. (there may be some exceptions based on legal entity registration). Please note that this role would not provide relocation as a result. The expectation of working hours and travel (domestic and/or international) will be defined by the hiring manager.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Leadership: Lead coordination and management of US Pharma websites / mobile applications from initiation to completion for site initiatives such as – disease education, now approved, full site redesigns and/or updates to existing sites.
Strategy: Liaise with Brand and AoR to understand customer engagement needs and define best in class customer experience with intuitive design and UX. Work closely the with the Web Experience Strategist to pull through framework design, conceptual models and requirements, Be comfortable generating innovative and breakthrough ideas, and explaining, internally and externally, the rationale for creative choices.
Collaboration: Create tight-knit collaboration with brand marketing leads, and other stakeholders (MAP, IT AoRs, etc.) to implement new functionality/capabilities to enhance digital properties. Partner with stakeholders to ensure that features / functionality needed for future site builds are setup and available on a timely basis.
Manage Requirements & Development: Coordinate definition of functional requirements (including tagging and tracking sites in an efficient manner) to ensure that development activities are executed accurately.
Risk Management: Proactively manage risks to ensure deliverables meet all end-to-end and functional testing requirements so that customer experience are met.
Compliance: Complete digital readiness review for relevant digital tactics and ensure functional integrity through MAP reviews and launch.
Education & Best Practice Sharing: Identify and share website best practices and benchmarks across websites and platforms & chip in to broader sharing across the portfolio. Build best practice documents & learning modules to support upcoming launches & learning across various skill levels.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Education: Bachelor's Degree required, MBA or Masters preferred
• 2-5 years’ experience working in strategic and/or digital marketing area is required
• Strong focus on customer/client service Experience in strategy and/or client services (e.g. agency, consultancy)
• Entrepreneurial spirit, ability to work quickly, efficiently and strategically with a wide range of internal departments.
• Administrative management skills - planning, organization, operational decision making and analysis
• Demonstrated business expertise and knowledge (business acumen) and the ability to consult internally and/or externally
• Ability to build relationships, collaborate and influence across a matrix organization
• Demonstrated experience in working with others to achieve organizational objectives including the ability to anticipate and adapt, own and or/work group tactics to support changing business needs.
• Strong organizational, analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated strong skills in oral and written communication, project management
