As a Digital Care Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for leading the overall oversight and implementation of the digital care solutions and patient support programs for launch and key growth brands across all therapeutic areas in partnership with the Franchise/ Brand teams with the aim of providing patient access and adherence.

Your Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Partner with Franchises/ Brand teams on the development, design and implementation of digital care solution programs
• Incorporate innovation to existing programs / infrastructure
• Operationalize and optimize distribution and point of purchase for patients
• Ensure consistency and efficiency of the program framework / infrastructure
• Manage and negotiate with 3rd party vendor and ensure program efficiency
• Responsible for the overall end-user training on programs and systems for internal and external users
• Monitor and report on the performance of the programs including objectives and KPIs
• Partner closely with selected external partner ensuring alignment and compliance in processes. Build and maintain strong relationships with a variety of internal and external customers

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical or other related discipline.
• Significant experience (> 3 years) in the same capacity; leadership experience in POP, patient support programs, experience in CRM (customer relationship management), preferably with marketing experience in Pharma
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management
• Requires negotiation and persuasion skills, interpretation and efficient communication of complex information
• Familiarity with the healthcare environment.
• Fundamental knowledge on P&L management and marketing principles
• Strong understanding and application of User Experience/ User Interface (UX/UI) and Omnichannel Engagement
• Familiarity in using digital innovation frameworks (i.e., design thinking, business model canvass, etc.)
