Your key responsibilities:
• Is the single point of contact for country stakeholders (CFOs / FSC Heads etc.) and NGSC teams for O2C activities of the assigned countries,
• Coordinates with the stakeholders to understand their requests and works with the O2C finance teams to meet agreed objectives
• Collaborates with stakeholders and teams in the NGSCs to resolve O2C related issues
• Oversees and supports the NGSC and outsourced operations in execution of O2C services to drive operational excellence, continuous improvement and joint teamwork
• Actively supports the Collection and Credit strategy to improve cash flow, to reduce deductions and mitigate financial risks.
• Is involved in the credit assessment of the high risk strategic customers and the country credit limit
• Supports that all processes, policies and procedures are clearly defined, documented, and implemented in line with Novartis standards and consistent with best practices.

Minimum Requirements

• University level degree in Business Administration/ Economics/Finance or Chartered Accountant
• 3-4 years experience in Credit and Collection, Financial and internal controls experience . Previous experience in managing Financial Services. Audit Risk Assessment Audit Methodology: Identifying and Testing Controls for Business Risk Effective Communication of Complex Models and Scenarios
• 3 years of financial experience- preferable in similar position in a Shared Service
• SAP knowledge
• Spanish and Fluent in English (written and spoken) Any 3rd language is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-national, matrix organization
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence
