Reporting to the Patient Safety Head (UK & Ireland) the Country Risk Management Plan (RMP) Manager UK & Ireland drives and monitors the local implementation and compliance of global Risk Management Plan (RMP) commitments for Safety Risk Management plans and local amendments to these plans.
Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Drive local implementation of RMP commitments for all applicable Novartis sectors, marketed and investigational products
• Manage/oversee country RMP commitment status tracking activities in COSTA (Commitment Status Tracking Application)
• Provide input as required by Global RMP Office, Novartis Patient Safety Management and QPPV on implementation status of local RMP commitments
• As member of the Global/Regional RMP Network, provide input to global RMP Office and countries on:
– Specific local RMP needs as required by local Health Authorities
– Sharing best “local” implementation practices, processes and systems/tools
– Local feasibility of implementation of global RMP commitments as requested

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Health Care Sciences professional or equivalent education, training or experience
• Fluent English (Oral & Written)
• 3+ years’ experience in Safety
• Excellent knowledge of GVP along with Project Management experience
• Extensive knowledge of safety processes and ability to collaborate with internal and external customers
• Deep knowledge of local regulations, Audits & Inspections
• Excellent communication skills
