We are transforming to become an agile quality organization by establishing reliable & robust Quality System for supplying innovative and life-changing to our patients.

Novartis launched new product in 2019. This role is aiming to deliver quality and safety product through end to end supply operation by ensuring the robust process and efficient working practice.

Responsibilities:
Strengthen quality governance in local CG&T supply chain
1.           Ensure to implement Novartis QMS into local operation and activity comply with local regulations and Japanese customer expectations
2.           Ensure that a timely and effective communication and escalation process is communicated to and followed by all personnel in the respective area
3.           Support to implement robust CMO management
4.           Review & approve local process
5.           Set up and update Quality Agreement with CMO
6.           Facilitate logistical QMS training to Novartis associates and vendors

Play key role to ensure to implement robust process and efficient working practice as QA manager which can deliver the product to patient. This activity is also to further support the expansion of business and also expand QA governance to other Novartis product.
