Job Description

The Incentive Compensation (IC) Design and Analytics support team member is responsible for supporting all components of incentive compensation plan creation and analytical measurement for the Commercial Acceleration organization. This role will use an understanding of IC strategy and operational / compliance constraints to deliver the IC design needs of the US Pharma field force. The IC Design and Analytics team member also owns the production of analytic and reporting services relating to both the effectiveness of existing IC plans and predicted impact of potential changes.

The Incentive Compensation Design and Analytics support team responsibilities include:
•Support the design and tracking of the Incentive Comp Plan & Award program for the field as guided by the franchise / brands
•Develop new and innovative IC designs to meet field and business needs
•Define and deliver tracking and analysis of the effectiveness of IC Plan implementation; create and complete forward looking analyses predicting impact of updates to plan
•Summarize key findings and provide IC Ops recommendations resulting from IC analytics
•Supply strategic guidance and inputs to the development of Plan Parameter Documents (PPDs), IC Playbooks and Awards programs, eligibility rules, etc.
•Interface with external IC teams on Co-promote projects, capable of independent communication and collaboration.

Major Accountabilities

Leadership
 Participate in cross-functional collaboration with Sales Force Execution, Field Force (FF) Analytics, IT, Information Management, Finance, External IC Ops Vendor and HR as it pertains to Incentive compensation planning and award design
 Communicate key design decisions, changes, and recommendations to various stakeholders
 Understanding of brand/franchise strategy and alignment with incentive compensation objectives

Operational
 Support new and updated IC plan design, in compliance with E&C and Legal standards and in alignment with brand/franchise strategy
 Complete analysis to understand current implementation effectiveness and form recommendations for future updates and changes to meet short and long term compensation needs of field force
 Successfully deliver the ongoing production of standard IC implementation and awards analytics

People
 Collaborate closely with IC vendor pool, providing functional expertise to guide best-in-class service delivery
 Work cross-functionally with the Business Group, Solutions Group, and others within Commercial Operations to optimally serve field across all franchises
