Your key responsibilities:

•Implement a new operative model in the function that it's cutting edge in the industry.

•Ensure the operational conversion of the People & Organizations (P&O) strategic goals within a dedicated client group.

•Coordinate and support the implementation of various P&O processes such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, talent management and succession planning to achieve the Unit’s goals, in close cooperation with the respective process experts.

•Implement manpower plans in alignment with the client’s Business plan.

•Compile specified P&O key performance indicators data and format for reporting. Communicate learning needs to appropriate specialist unit and deliver trainings to dedicated client groups.

•Support personnel cost planning, performing periodic cost and productivity analyses.

•Participate or lead P&O Projects at country or BU level. Acts as a trusted advisor offering in-country policy expertise and knowledge to support and educate leaders, managers and associates on all P&O topics on the moments that matter.

•People Partners support all divisional customer groups in country enabling the delivery of lifecycle events, the employee value proposition, talent acquisition, talent management, learning, performance management, employee relations, rewards, pay and reporting. In addition, People Partners implement P&O change initiatives at a country level acting as detailed designers and agents of change by working with Business Partners.
