Job Purpose

Lead, deploy, support, maintain, and impose framework of control over key ERP analytics used in Finance. Support the reporting function with IT systems

Major Accountabilities

Manage and deploy ERP and IT financial applications:
• Role will divide time between BPA and Revenue Management-Finance (RM-Fin) areas.
• Lead ERP IT projects on the SHAPE SAP/ECC, BI, and BPC One Planning platforms for BPA and Revenue Management-Finance (RM-Fin).
• Drive / Support / Develop efficiencies through BOTs and other systems streamlining initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT group to deploy new applications and enhancements. Recommend process improvements and automation using RPA tools.
• Gather system requirements from BPA/RM-Fin for enhancements to SAP/ECC, BI, TM1 and BPC One Planning analytical modules.
• Work closely with IT and BPA/ RM-Fin to test all enhancements before Go-Live.
• Ensure technical architecture is aligned with current business requirements, and is flexible enough to accommodate future business requirements with small/medium effort.

Support and maintain key applications:
• Ensure all ERP analytics deliver on time and accurate financial results on a daily basis.
• Must have strong understanding of the following:
o Sales, Orders, and SIT data cubes in BI.
o KAM data cubes in BI.
• Working knowledge of RM-Fin modules ( Chargebacks, Rebates, GTN) and integration with SAP BI
• Support and maintain SAP/ECC/RM-Fin and BI applications.
• Support and maintain the BI Portal dashboards (SIT and Inventory).

Establish strong relationships with stakeholders:
• Establish strong relationship with both the IT group and business end users.
• Foster collaboration between the IT group and BPA/RM-Fin end users.

Minimum Requirements

Education :
• BA in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar required

• 5+ years of relevant ERP SAP BI experience preferred.
• Proven experience with SAP ERP, BPC One Planning and Financial applications.
• Proven expertise in the area of SAP COPA.
• Familiar with Revenue Management Finance modules (Chargebacks, Rebates, GTN ).
• Familiar with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools.
• Ability to work and communicate with senior management team.
• Excellent analytical and strategic skills.

• Ability to understand the bigger picture (i.e. impacts across the business, etc).

• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

• Strong PC skills including excellent proficiency with Excel and Powerpoint
