In the Principal Scientist role, you will apply your hands-on mass spectrometry expertise to the bioanalysis of large molecule therapeutics, including proteins, antibody drug conjugates, and nucleic acids etc. You will work with an elite team of scientists involved in the development and qualification of small and large molecule assays supporting pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamic and immunogenicity studies across all phases of the drug discovery pipeline. Additionally, you will contribute to new technology platform evaluations to improve support for challenging new therapeutic modalities.

Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Developing and qualifying LC-MS assays for PK, TK, PD and ADA as well as supporting other new modalities such as oligonucleotide and Cell and Gene therapy platforms.

Delivering high quality data within defined timelines and aligned to current industry and health authority expectations.

Completing study sample analysis and drafting the bioanalytical report in support of urgent project requests.

Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate new bioanalytical technologies and solutions to support challenging project requests.

Minimum Requirements

What you bring to the role:

M.S. or Ph.D with 5-10 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical, CRO or related industry.

Demonstrated hands-on experience with the development of large molecule LC-MS assays with an emphasis on troubleshooting proficiency across a variety of platforms.

Some experience with the analysis of oligonucleotide or Cell and Gene products would be helpful.

Willingness to mentor junior associates as part of your personal leadership development plans.

Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic working environment with frequently shifting priorities and timelines.
