As Digital Engagement Manager you will be driving strategical and tactical digital customer engagement and relationships across multiple channels on a Country Pharma Organization (CPO) Level. Your core responsibility will be driving the digital projects across franchises and functions, supporting optimal use, customer experience and maintenance of digital assets including new implementations. You will also be ensuring re-use of digital global/regional assets in the local markets, data driven decisions, coordinating activities related to digital HCP engagement as well as leading cross Pharma communications and actions in digital governance to ensure quality and compliance of all assets. By collaborating with all relevant cross-functional roles within the organization, you will drive best-in industry customer experience.

Your key responsibilities:
• Developing digital strategies, driving, and leading digital projects, owning, and managing the HCP Portal and 360 personalized automated Omni Channel Engagement (OCE), in partnership with Corporate Affairs implementing social media activities and supporting maintenance of all digital assets.
• Leading education efforts of digital assets and new implementations across Pharma Slovenia.
• Driving, supporting, implementing, and developing digital analytics reports and tools.
• Supporting the field force on digital tools to strengthen their skills and explore new possibilities.
• Contribute to successful and well-established partnerships with external digital companies and liaising with Global, Regions and Representative office to clarify customer needs and implement any relevant projects.
• Cross-functional collaboration with: OCE managers, Disease area managers, Franchise Heads, Market Access Managers, MedReps, KAMs, Medical, regulatory, legal, compliance and any other Pharma counterparts.
• Securing compliance on our digital platforms by driving Digital Governance processes and act as coordinator between website owners and global governance function.

Minimum Requirements

What you will bring to the role:
• University degree Economics, Business, Digital marketing, or other relevant degree.
• Fluent in English and Slovene.
• 5 years of digital / omnichannel marketing experience on a strategic and tactical level.
• Expert knowledge of relevant digital tools used in Novartis (Google analytics, Adobe Connect, Drupal or other Content Management System, any automation tools, SEO tools, customer /user experience tools).
• Knowledge in UX (user experience) design and knowledge in agile digital solution development (scrum or similar).
• Veeva or other CRM tools experience.
• Strong digital marketing expertise, ideally including: Websites, portals, eMail campaigns, Display advertising, Search engine optimization, Search engine marketing, Interactive Visual Aids (Sales Rep’s iPad Presentation), Remote /virtual/video Engagement, Social media planning and execution, Mobile apps, 3rd party media advertising, 3rd party sponsorships.
• Excellent collaboration and communication, along with consulting skills, excellent skills in managing 3rd parties/digital agencies and project management skills.

Desirable Requirements:
• Understanding BU strategic objectives to develop a personalized strategy for omni-channel communication and engagement, translating new technologies and innovative engagement models into business solutions.
• Analytical skills (GA) and how to apply findings into actions, metrics/KPI knowledge for all channels and application to inform business decisions and measure business success.
