Job Description

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Supports the collation and maintenance of the CMO&PS Project Portfolio and regular updates on project status to CMO&PS Project Portfolio Governance.
• Works closely with CMO&PS project owners, NBS DIT and GDD Operational Excellence (GDD OpEx) to develop charters with measurable business impacts to initiate new projects and facilitate the review and approval of new CMO&PS projects.
• Supports the strategic decision-making and prioritization of key projects that drive value for the business needs at CMO&PS Project Portfolio Governance.
• Establishes and manages operational activities for CMO&PS Project Portfolio Governance meetings (invites, agendas, document preparation, minutes and key follow-ups).
• Provides project management expertise to ensure successful execution of portfolio plans with measurable strategic impact for CMO&PS projects.
• Functions as the project manager, or co-leads projects with corresponding project owner for small to medium sized projects. Works closely with CMO&PS project owners to ensure that necessary CMO&PS business inputs and supports are allocated.
• Provides checks for planned milestones and financial forecasts provided by project owner in order to establish accurate aligned plans as approved by CMO&PS Project Portfolio Governance. Partners with key internal stakeholders (e.g., cross-functions, cross-divisions, NBS DIT, at Global/Region/Country level) to align for successful project executions.
• Leads or supports communications with external stakeholders (i.e., vendors, HAs interactions) for key projects. Raises contentious issues and risks in a manner that drives resolution with key stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

• ≥3 years in the industry. Graduate degree in life science or computing
• Ideally some of level of project management experience involving small projects. Experience of organizing, planning and leading department initiatives or project work streams.
• Completion of introductory project management course; Sig Sigma Green Belt and above is advantage

• Intermediate knowledge of pharmacovigilance process, drug development process, regulatory and business requirements
• People management experience. Negotiation and conflict management skills. Proven track record in successfully leading and delivering sub-function initiatives
• Good planning and tracking skills with attention to detail including experience with project management and tools; Strong interpersonal skills and expert team player with demonstrated ability to build collaborations, Strong verbal and expert written communication skills
• Strong presentation skills. Good knowledge of software applications (e.g. MS Project, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Office 365 SharePoint, Skype Business).
