The Analyst, Managed Care Rebates will manage executed Payer contracts from system entry through to rebate validations and adjudication and analysis using multiple systems in a timely and compliant manner.

Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of assigned accounts including system entry, rebates, validation, reporting, correspondence, and all other aspects of commercial contract administration.
• Provide regular and ad-hoc analyses on various platforms, identify key performance indicators, evaluate business drivers and develop clear recommendations to produce management reporting.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships to facilitate the exchange of information, address needs, and clarify contract requirements with internal and external customers.
• Maintain various systems, policies and standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Bachelor's degree is required; degree subject area in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting is preferred.
• 1+ years work experience of an analytical or financial nature required.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience required; experience in Rebate Adjudication, Payer/Manufacturer Contracting, Managed Care and/or Medicare a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel spreadsheet functions and formulas required. Additional knowledge and proficiency with Access, TM1, and other financial or contracting systems will be considered beneficial.
• Proficiency in life sciences applications, Model N or other Revenue Deduction Processing System experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required for interacting with all levels of internal and external customers.
• Persistent follow through and ability to balance shifting priorities; ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
• Ability to devise innovative ways and improve processes in response to the changing healthcare environment, and to take responsibility for identifying problems and opportunities and making impactful recommendations.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret data and trends with high attention to detail.
