937, Clinical Sites you will manage clinical trial supplies in 45 different countries that you will able to interact with and manage all import and export country requirements.
As the Logistics Coordinator you will be primarily responsible for coordinating clinical trial logistics which include shipping, receiving, reverse logistics, general warehousing, kit assembly and inventory management of various consumable supplies and materials. This role is also expected to directly interface with various degrees of expertise within logistics, procurement, business development, operations, sponsor designated site contacts, specialized couriers, and customs brokers, as needed.
• Coordinate clinical sample logistics such as; blood, bone marrow and tissue blocks or other items as may be required from study sites to testing labs, distribution and inventory management of specimen collection kits.
• Prepare shipping documentation; confirm all international import/export documentation requirements prior to dispatch of shipments and verifies accurate documentation.
• Reconcile inventory/expiration of kits at study sites and incoming shipments; ensure that shipments are not delayed/held by Customs
• Capable of maintaining, stocking, tracking and ordering various Raw, semi-finished goods and lab supplies for kit production.
• Knowledgeable in the basic requirements for compliance in own area of work and complies with said requirements. Participates as required in training on regulatory issues affecting own area of work. Brings regulatory compliance questions/ issues to the attention of management.
