The Director, Digital Experimentation & Omnichannel Analytics will be primarily responsible for US Pharma digital marketing measurement, experimentation, & optimization. This role will lead a small team of digital analytics SMEs that will perform media, CRM, website, and digital health solution evaluations to identify optimization opportunities. This leader will bring their extensive knowledge of the digital ecosystem coupled with data science expertise to improve the effectiveness & efficiency of our digital marketing investments (>$200M per year).

This opportunity is located at the Novartis East Hanover (NJ) site and will not have the ability to be located remotely. Relocation assistance may be available.

What will you be responsible for?
•Lead regular digital marketing war room sessions to identify specific optimization opportunities with quantifiable ROI
•Work in close collaboration with therapeutic leaders in Commercial Acceleration, the digital marketing CoE, and the individual brand teams to improve the digital analytics maturity within US Pharma
•Establish comprehensive measurement frameworks for media, CRM, website, and digital health solutions consider both diagnostic and outcome metrics
•Analyze and interpret digital analytics data to generate insights on brand performance and sales force effectiveness
•Design A/B and other digital experimentation to quickly achieve key learning objectives
•Design & conduct innovative digital health solution measurement considering all aspects of both short & long term value to both patients & HCPs
•Ongoing assessment of innovation in the digital analytics landscape and potential opportunities for Novartis
•Mentor and develop team members on both digital analytics & data storytelling
