As a Head of Commercial Excellence, you will be responsible to adapt and develop the sales administration/ customer service function’s capacity and capabilities according to the service needs as articulated by the Business Heads. This may include managing the fields of primary market research, analysis and interpretation of data, support of sales effectiveness, marketing capability development, CRM and e-marketing. You will also develop and manage multiple commercial sales channels within the country and lead across the Sales Support sub-functions in a small to medium revenue organization or the Sales Administration/ Customer Service team for a large revenue organization.

Your Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Lead the team to support the Sales and/or Key Account Management functions in providing best-in-class Sales Operations services across the organization
• Drive the team and lead to support sales representatives and channel partners in processing orders / returns, providing metrics / reports to Sales team and also engaging HCPs for expense payout. Follow up on sales orders and provide status updates, updating Customer lists business wise.
• Develop innovative marketing and sales processes to support and enable the sales teams in achieving profitable growth in the Business Unit and market share growth in the business
• Adapt capacities and capabilities of the Marketing & Sales Ops to the commercial needs of the Business Unit. Drives effective use of resources according to commercial priorities of the Business Unit through Marketing and Sales Ops managers.
• Drive efficiency of Marketing & Sales processes and resource allocation.
• Lead initiatives to improve innovativeness of Marketing and Sales Operations services.
• Performs effective leadership and management of the Marketing and Sales Operations functions in the Business Unit. Manage effective working relationships with other Business functions.
• Execute the Performance Management Process, lead talent development according to Business needs and requirements.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical or other related discipline.
• Has previous sales experience in the pharmaceutical / allied healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
• Able to understand changing dynamics of Pharmaceutical industry
• Proficient and fluent in English (spoken and written), with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sales in Healthcare / Pharma / related business, Pre-launch activities
