Based on our understanding of cancer at the molecular, cellular and organismal levels, Translational Clinical Oncology (TCO) will design and execute innovative exploratory clinical trials in order to develop the next generation of highly effective therapeutics that transform the lives of patients with cancer.

This role is to apply ground breaking technologies and analytic approaches to support the TCO portfolio!


YOU WILL:
- Be responsible and accountable for managing all data deliverables at a consistently high standard with respect to cost, quality and timelines for high complexity TCO projects
- Be a key global leader with clinical operations managers in ensuring the planning, execution and close-out of the clinical trials across TCO are efficiently with timely and high quality / acts as technical specialist with industry-level thought leadership.
- Have oversight of programming/analytical deliverables based on TCO business needs
- Effectively use resources through operational excellence
- Drive continuous improvement in clinical data review
- Provide data visualization for clinical trials
- Collaborate with cross-functional initiatives

This position can be located in East Hanover, NJ or Cambridge, MA.

Minimum Requirements

YOU WILL BRING:
- BA/BS/MS or international equivalent experience in statistics, computer science, mathematics, life sciences or related field
- Ideally 7 years’ experience in drug development with at least 5 years in data analytics related fields, and at least 3 years' Project Management experience
- Proven skills in the use of SAS or R within a programming environment to develop and validate deliverables. Strong experience in development of advanced MACROs.
- Solid experience in contributing to data review plan and data analysis plan and/or constructing technical programming specifications. Experience in J Review, digital Patient Profile, Spotfire, Tableau or other data visualization tools is a plus
- Advanced understanding of regulatory requirements relevant to Statistical Programming (e.g. GCP, ICH) and clinical study practices, procedures and methodologies. Advanced knowledge of CDISC data structures as well as a solid understanding of the development and use of standard programs
- Proven communications and negotiation skills, ability to work well with others globally and influence.
- Experience leading several projects, portfolio-level activities, preferably in Oncology, including coordination of large team of internal or external programmers.
