•The exploratory immuno-oncology group at NIBR in Cambridge MA is seeking a scientist with experience in in vivo mouse models to join our team.
•The successful candidate will be working towards the development and characterization of novel immunotherapeutic mechanisms and targets, evaluate immunotherapeutic strategies, new drug candidates and their mechanisms of action. The data generated will directly impact the discovery of new therapies and will provide a major contribution to the design of future clinical trials.

The successful candidate is expected to perform and excel in the following areas:

•Participate in the design, development, characterization, implementation and validation of relevant immuno-oncology-related in vivo models for identifying and profiling the biologic effects of immunotherapeutic strategies and drug candidates
•Perform ex vivo assays including immunology-based analysis and pharmaco-dynamic studies tailored to the strategy and target of interest.
•Perform in vivo pharmacology studies to evaluate immuno-oncology treatment strategies, including efficacy, PK, PD and mechanisms of action analyses
•Perform flow and imaging analyses on tumor and tissue samples
•Document, analyze, and interpret experiments in a timely manner
•Present results within a multidisciplinary team environment.
