Job Description

Trainer will provide subject matter expertise and be responsible for the development and delivery of training across the commercial organization for internal and external systems used to execute Sandoz Digital transformation. This includes (but is not limited to) systems and processes used for research, analysis and strategic business planning, as well as systems for Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Contract Management, and order management/e-commerce. Trainer will also ensure seamless integration of existing product commercial imperatives, compliance regulations, and customer engagement models into systems, providing a seamless end-user experience for the commercial data eco-system.

Major Activities (Describe 8-12 main activities)

• Partner with key stakeholders in Commercial Training, Digital, IT, Marketing, Sales. Ethics, Risk & Compliance, Communications and Legal to ensure integration of strategic business imperatives related to training commercial associates on systems and processes used for data insights, customer relationship management, eCommerce, etc. Trainer will develop subject matter expertise to ensure aligned training strategies and execution.

• Lead the development and execution of Systems Training and Insights training across the commercial organization.
o Systems Training – Design, develop, and implement continuous training for all key systems used by newly hired and current commercial associates (HQ and field based) for research, analysis, strategic planning, and execution of business objectives. Examples include (but are not limited to) Rx data reports, SCOUT (Contract Management, Order Management/E-Commerce, Marketing Cloud, CRM), MMIT, Definitive Health, etc.
o Insights Training – Upon successful systems training, provide additional training on how to read/review prescriber and order data, draw insights and meaning, and integrate into account plans and customer engagement plans. Works closely with product and skill training colleagues to ensure seamless integration into established curriculum.

• Develop and maintain external supplier relationships integral to business needs and training execution

• Assist colleagues in the development of District Planning or National Meeting presentations / resources and execute in conjunction with the leadership. Ensure materials are up to date and FUSE approved per Sandoz policy.

• On-going training – Constantly stay attuned with field training needs; development and implementation of training activities, and completion of on-going assessment. Lead and participate in the development of on-going training (all formats) for associates regarding ways to effectively enhance their business acumen and connection to business planning and customer engagements.

• Develop and maintain ownership of KPI tracking/reporting progress on the implementation of the training strategy and curriculum

• Partner with Ethics, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless integration of mandated compliance initiatives into training for process and systems used by commercial associates.
o Collaborate with HQ Training, Business Partners, external vendors/SMEs, and key Franchise functions in the integration of compliance training to reflect the needs of established and newly developed SOPs for commercial data systems.
o Ensure cross-functional input is integrated & aligned in the strategy, tactics, & investments of the plan.
o Conduct on-going needs analysis (customer feedback, field interactions, SMEs, etc) and leverage results to inform/adjust training strategy and curriculum as needed in partnership with Training Lead and ERC Business Partners.
