We are now looking for an energized and passionate People & Organization (P&O) Business Partner to join us on the journey.

As a P&O Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor offering in-country policy expertise and knowledge to support and educate leaders, managers and associates on all topics on the moments that matter. You will support all divisional customer groups in country enabling the delivery of lifecycle events, employee value proposition, talent management, learning, performance management, employee relations, pay and reporting. You will enhance collaboration with the Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Rewards, P&O Operations), as well as a strong cross divisional collaboration.

In addition, you will implement P&O change initiatives at a country level acting as detailed designer and agent of change.

We pursue amazing talent across Denmark and Sweden. This position is not fixed to a specific location at the moment, but Novartis is committed to hiring this position in the country of preference (Denmark or Sweden) of the successful candidate.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Be the first point of escalation for all leaders and managers on their day-to-day P&O topics, providing advice, and support
• Provide credible P&O Business Partnering to people leaders, manager and associates offering advice and guidance on the moments that matter.
• Drive quality, effectiveness, efficiency and continuous improvement for P&O Partner and related processes
• Be a specialist in Performance Management, Rewards & Talent Management topics, previous experience with reimagining performance management is beneficial
• Drive the cultural agenda, including employee engagement initiatives, value proposition and Diversity & Inclusion efforts

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Strong Business Partnering proficiencies; Excellent communication, influencing and leadership skills, which allow you to build solid relationships and trust with a great number of partners on all levels in a complex and diversified matrix
• Excellent stakeholder management skills; building trust with different partners, passionate about creating results together with colleagues, executing global initiatives with local touch and local consensus.
• Ability to act as an ambassador for the P&O function and Novartis vision, demonstrating our values & behaviors
• Proven knowledge about Danish labor law
• Proficient English and Danish
