Scientific Events services in Novartis provide support for event planning, project management, content creation and execution of different types of scientific meetings and events.

The Client Services Manager provides project support to the Client Services Lead (CSL) and Senior Client Services Manager (Sr. CSM) for an assigned brand or therapeutic area (TA) across the delivery lifecycle with agreed specific project responsibilities.

Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Providing project management support for assigned events and projects to ensure effective end-to-end delivery of assigned deliverables.
• Attend client meetings, provide meeting reports and conduct follow-up activities.
• Develop and maintain good client relationships within an assigned brand or therapeutic area.
• Manage client expectations to foster effectiveness and productivity.
• Track and manage projects to ensure activities are in line with scope.
• Support Event Governance processes including event approvals and external expert contracts.
• Support and manage external spend tracking as required (e.g. approvals, purchase orders, goods received) for assigned deliverables.
• Support adherence to associated compliance related activities and approvals.
• Support the medical communication tactical planning process.
