This new and exciting role will offer you the chance to work with sales management and marketing colleagues to act as a catalyst and role model for growth and expansion across Sandoz

An emphasis in the role will be put on maintaining and growing relationships at all levels, particularly focusing on senior management or executive levels to create a network of key advocates across different specialties working in a hybrid face to face and digital environment.

Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Being accountable for achieving agreed sales, productivity and performance targets within agreed
budgets and timescales
-Developing business plans and implement related activities like customer events, sales and
marketing campaigns, sales presentations necessary to achieve agreed objectives
-Providing Key account/hospital network support, market access support, including referral networks
-Having a deep understanding in the respective specialist area and priority products.
-Maintaining and enhancing knowledge of products, product strategy, positioning, key messages,
programs, company developments, customers, and competitors
-Achieving agreed contact, coverage and frequency targets through various communication
-Ensuring customer satisfaction and best in class customer relationship
-Handling enquiries and complaints quickly and professionally and in accordance with company
-Contributing positively to the Sales and Marketing team through co-operative relationships and collaborative efforts to achieve team and company objectives.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Educated to degree level in business or science subject
• Full ABPI qualification needed
• Proven success in a high performance culture
• Strong commercial experience of pharmaceuticals in primary or secondary care, specifically launch products

Desirable requirements:
• Having current relationships in Neurology specifically Multiple Sclerosis.
-Launch Experience would be an advantage
-Experience in guideline and formulary development
• Knowledge of the NHS & Pharma industry
• Experience within the UK originator commercial environment is preferred
