Job Purpose
Trade managers establish wholesalers and 3rd party management strategies for efficient sales and distribution.
Trade manager have the roles and responsibilities of planning, monitoring, and coordinating to wholesaler in order to maximize commercial effectiveness and adjust risk and credit controls.
Major Accountabilities
• Wholesale Contract
o Wholesale contract management
o Negotiation and drafting
o Contact Review by lawyer and approval
o Contracting signing, depository, and amendment
o Record retention
• Sales
o Finding new partners for distribution and sales
o Main customer management for sales and distribution
o Sales and stock management
o Market inventory and distribution channel monitoring
o Market information supporting (wholesalers and hospital and pharmaceutical company)
• Mature Brand Management
o Share information about customer and stakeholder’s
o RSDE and Bidding management
o Orchestrate other functions to ensure the product supply, financial forecast, Stock monitoring. etc.
o Provide product related information to customer
• SIT
o Transparency of the supply chain
o Possibility to manage discounts
o Minimize stock out, product returns & inventory write offs
o Improves business predictability and provides analytical support
o Transparency to sales target setting/accomplishing process.
o Minimize return goods
• Finance Risks Management
o Risk evaluation
o Customer reports
o Customer payment records
o Collecting information from external source (media, credit rating agencies, Group Treasury, etc.)
o Avoid or minimize write-offs and return
o Monitoring exposures and overdue
• Key Account management
o Develops & establishes wholesaler management strategies
o Organize & develop wholesaler management
o Share information about hospital & customers
o New business set up searching out partners
o RSDE and Bidding management
• Compliance
o Wholesaler and 3rd parties Compliance training and violation monitoring
Key Performance Indicators
• ST product sales target
• Mature brand & New launching product (distribution, sales, opportunities, activities)
• Wholesaler and 3rd Parties Contract management
• Inventory management for direct wholesalers (SIT, Return, write-offs)
Minimum Requirements
Education: University degree
Languages: Intermediate level in English
Experience: More than 5 years’ experience with sales, business operations in pharmaceutical company
