Service Design Expert - Infrastructure, Novartis, Prague, Czech Republic

In this role you support to achieve our vision and will act as a trusted partner to the business, providing impactful IT infrastructure products and services in an agile manner. The purpose of this role is to design customer interactions and touchpoints with Novartis technology in order to optimize the customer experience and maximize value.

Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Design and document Data Center related Processes (interview stake holders, analysis, design, and visualization)
• Engage with internal and external communities for user insight
• Apply innovative approaches to design, using creative facilitation techniques in collaborative co-creation workshop settings
• Build holistic end to end understanding of customer touchpoints
• Responsible to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service Design scope
• Management of Lifecycle Documentation Repositories (regular revision/redesign of existing documentation SOP, Standards, WI, etc.
• Responsible for Data Center Records Management
• Responsible for Data Center Training Assignments & Compliance reporting. Responsible for Data Center Application Access Reviews (execution and documentation)

Minimum requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• 5+ years working within IT; ITIL v3/v4 Foundation
• Solid experience in Process design and documentation in a service-oriented organization
• Proven experience in co-coordinating with multiple groups across functions
• Demonstrated presentation skills, diplomacy skills, visualization skills
• Proven track record to work independently in a sophisticated matrix environment (including remote) as well as ability to work within the team; native or fluent level of English (oral and written) is a must
