Job Description

Responsibility for design and execution of Strategic investment projects in accordance with Novartis project standard. (Cost, time schedule, quality, functionality).

Your key responsibilities:
/Management of large investment projects.
/Minimization of life cycle costs and project schedules.
/Management of internal and external resources in an international environment.
/Implementation of state of the art safety/ecology standards according project needs.
/Ensuring sharing and leverage of best practices and expertise in the projects.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) degree in University or equivalent professional education certificate.
• 5-10 year experience in engineering fields in Pharmaceutical or chemical plant.

Education:Degree in engineering
Languages:Japanese and English essential, others helpful.

• Project management experience including contract management.
• Leadership knowledge and experience. Leads the project team.
• Excellent communication skills

• HSE and GxP/QA knowledge.
• Knowledge of the Pharma and Financial business.
• Internal and external networking.
• Leading and coaching internal project members, good communication skills, ensure knowledge transfer and management
