Our BI Architect & Analytics is responsible for implementing short and long-term strategic goals for managing and maintaining systems & data mining/analytics tools. Provide expertise and architectural assistance to IT personnel including software teams, System Analysts and developers.

Your responsibilities:
• Responsible for the design, development and maintenance of the BPC/GDWH/IBI/Horizon data applications that support Performance Management, Reporting/Dash-boarding & Advanced Analytics projects
• Lead the implementation of business decisions with regard to system adaption and end to end reporting
• Be the lead resource for architecting, developing and delivering high-performance planning and analytical solutions using BPC / IBI / Horizon / SQL server / Qlik Sense
• Responsible for the operations, performance and availability of the current information systems as well as ongoing projects & will ensure the timely delivery of services to the businesses to support financial planning and decision making
• Ensure operational excellence and compliance in running the Master data management operations for all countries, processes and data objects in scope
• Work with the business, IT, data specialists, and other relevant team members to ensure that requested data and related process changes are implemented in a timely fashion
• Work with MRG & BPA teams to ensure smooth closing & LO processes as long as BPC / Horizon data is concerned, ensure no gap in BPC vs. IBI & FCRS.
• Responsible for all operational/financial governance activities related to Horizon (i.e. development project management system)

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• 7+ years of experience in IT application development and operational support.
• Preferable experience across diverse Commercial / Finance / MIS / IT roles with strong domain, process and reporting knowledge of financials of Pharma industry
• A deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, consolidation and reporting processes within a multi-national company
• Good balance of technical and functional experience in SAP BPC design, configuration and reporting. Experience in BW, HANA and other SAP technologies. Understanding architecture for SAP BI, understanding of SAP ECC and interfaces to SAP BI
• Familiarization with agile development approaches
• English fluency required, additional benefit for other languages
• University degree in Finance, Economics, Information Management or similar
