Job Description

+800 associates make up the CONEXTS Insights & Analytics team across our global service centers (NGSCs), they are on a data and digital transformation journey, leveraging analytics to generate actionable insights for Novartis medicines, catering to 20+ brands and 50+ disease areas, and impacting more than 500 million patients worldwide. The team is poised to enable easier, faster and reliable decisions for Novartis divisions across the globe.

Your key responsibilities:

• Provides strategic insights to Global Program Team (GPT) /Global Brand Team (GBT) to that shape and develop program and brand strategy. Brings localized insights into Brand and Program strategy by collaborating with Regional and Local teams.
• Brings deep understanding of therapy area, market and stakeholders (e.g. patients, ECPs, payers, and regulators).
• Integrates research, intelligence and analytics to generate insights that facilitates decision making.
• Leads or actively participates in key processes like Strategic Planning, Budgeting etc.
• Supports key development decision points (DDP, FDP) with relevant commercial assessments.
• Facilitates planning and execution of insights activities in line with brand/ portfolio strategy in collaboration with other CONEXTS functions ensuring high efficiency and quality.
• Manages external vendors and measure performance against KPIs
• Ensures compliance to key Novartis processes (POP-PSP, etc.) across all activities People. Upholds and demonstrates Novartis values and behaviors in terms of collaboration, performance, innovation, quality, integrity and courage. Is customer focused and drives continuous improvement within the organization.

Minimum Requirements

• BA degree with relevant science background
• Understanding of Pharmaceutical industry.
• English proficiency with outstanding communication skills (oral and written).
• 4-5 years proven experience in insights, analytics, strategic marketing or consulting role.
• Superior analytical skills and confident in using data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau).
• Project Management experience: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience of working with diverse cross functional and cross border teams in a matrix environment. Proven teamwork and collaboration skills. Ability to engage and interact effectively with senior management.

Desirable Requirements:

• Masters' degree in Science/Medical/Business
