Coordinate the Material Approvals Process (MAP) in support of the business, operational, and compliance obligations, executing on critical tasks to advance in-process commercial asset review activities. Works across an agile team with potential to support varying brands/indications depending upon the current business objectives.

Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Quality Assurance - Checks derivative assets for readiness, ensuring the MAP input requirements are met, metadata is accurate, and process steps are assigned in accordance with the working practices and published guidance. Checks changes and recommends best next steps. Defers
• Process Management – Ensures the MAP cycles are followed to drive on time, efficient, predictable review process. Collects agenda topics, consults with MAP Lead to prioritize, publishes the agenda, and updates in an agile manner within established constraints.
• Facilitation –Follows up on tasks trending due, or past due. Escalates issues effectively to ensure optimal outcomes. Executes on data management requirements, e.g.task reassignments and metadata updates. Supports MAP Lead in meeting management as needed. Schedules monthly check-ins to review performance trends, collect feedback, plan for new business.
• Reporting – Tracks priorities lists ensuring status is up to date and accessible to cross-functional teams. Publishes task lists. Distributes monthly performance reports
• Best Practice Development – report and track trends to identify opportunities to improve the process, experience, and impact
• End user support – Provide 1:1 support and guidance to new team members, including external advertising agencies, internal reviewers, and asset owners, to ensure they are well prepared to deliver upon their responsibilities
• Asset Management & Identification –Ensure audit-readiness and “findability” for all assets under care, support retrieval requests.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
Education (minimum/desirable):
• 4-Year degree or active pursuit of. Focus in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred.

Experience/Professional requirement:
• 2+ years’ experience in advertising, marketing, communications, digital/content strategy
• Functional experience in regulatory, medical, pharmaceutical marketing operations, sales or communications preferred
• Working knowledge of FDA and Pharmaceutical regulatory and compliance guidelines on advertising and promotion
• Understanding of pharmaceutical review and approval process preferred
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Content Review software (Aprimo Marketing Studio a plus)
