Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Leads the Commercial Excellence Team & Function in coordination of the business units, identifies and drives agenda and priorities. As a member of the Country Leadership Team represents the ComEx function, and takes active part in the business and other corporate functions strategy discussions.
• Leads a diverse Team of different functions applying versatile aspects of leadership: Sales Force Effectiveness and Business Intelligence, as the head of the Digital Platform drives digital innovation, Commercial and Tender Management, also including public / tender financed business knowledge, Pricing as special area of shaping the generics business.
• Ensures strong team cohesion and performance via stabilizing and further developing psychological safety in the Team. Represents the company culture values effectively, role model in unboss, inspiring others, and promotes curiosity for long-term learning, innovation and growth. Consequently makes their Team members and others accountable for demonstrating the same core values
• Implements standardized SFE systems, tools, analytics, performance dashboards and quantitative and qualitative KPIs for Field Force teams across the different BUs. Drives Field Force efficiency and improves quality and transparency of resource allocation decision making by targeting & segmentation, territory design/alignment, Field Force capacity planning, product allocation, call plan design and monitoring, customer acquisition strategies and action plans, performance measurement and monitoring, Field Force return on investment analysis for all Field Force lines.
• Develops, upgrades and monitors Field Force incentive systems. Aligns strategic company and BU objectives with sales and promotion plans and incentive schemes, implements local and Regional SFE performance monitoring dashboards and provides regular reports and direction to Bus.
• Setting up a roadmap to develop an insight driven organization. Driving the detailed generation of insights for all business units and generating recommendations for the business. Carrying out market research projects, supports & coordinates the marketing team during all planning cycles.
• Management of commercial relevant business systems in close collaboration with IT and other relevant functions. Business leadership and responsibility for CRM roll out/upgrade. Secures high-quality availability and access to customer and business data for management and Field Force, improves data integration of different systems and optimize data reports and utilization.
• Drives efficiency of multichannel tools and develops a culture of acceptance and innovation within the company by integration of multichannel activities in commercial plan, transparency of digital customer contacts in CRM and alignments to Field Force activities.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• University degree in business administration or comparable studies.
• Proficient Hungarian and English both written and spoken.
• Background in consulting, pharmaceuticals industry or FMCG 3+ years.
• Min. 2 years SFE/market research experience.
• Strong analytical skills and high learning agility (profound skills in market and competitor analysis).
• Excellent project management acuity and strong leadership experience.

Desirable Requirements:

• Sales and Consulting experience.
• 2 years of Digital/Multichannel experience.
