Project Manager (f/m/d), Kundl, Tyrol, Austria

200 million USD! That is the amount of investment you might have in your scope. You will be responsible for planning and executing CAPEX projects including all reporting requirements within organization NTO Kundl/Schaftenau and in a high controlled GMP environment.

500! That is up to how many external associates you will be overseeing in peak period during construction.

Your key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Lead or contribute to equipment, utility, facility improvement projects (e.g. energy efficiency, productivity, environmental compliance, maintenance)
• Prepare Project Charter, Business Case and Capital Appropriation Requests
• Develop Project Schedule, Cost Estimation & Value Improvement Review
• Prepare Project Initiation Documents (Business Requirements, Work/Cost Breakdown Structure, Project Controlling & Execution Plans; Risk Assessments)
• Plan and organize Project Resource
• Prepare Project HSE Strategy
• Establish Project Change Management & manage changes incl. project claim management
• Create / maintain / verify all maintenance documents needed for operations after project phase and final project handover
• Create final project report and feedback project Benchmarking data and lessons learned
• Support internal and external audits

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• 5 years of Capital Portfolio and Major Project Management experience
• 5 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical/Chemical industry
• Outstanding Project Management and excellent technical knowledge with demonstrated ability to deliver safe, effective and fully compliant projects
• Broad project controlling knowledge
• Excellent knowledge of key non-technical business processes; Strategy, HR, Finance
• Advanced HSE and GxP / QA knowledge
• Degree in engineering (Dipl. Ing. / M. Sc. / B. Sc.) or equivalent
• Fluent in English and proficient in local language (German)

Desirable requirements:
• IT-knowledge: MS-Office, SAP
• Knowledge about principles / practices of management / supervision
• Ability to communicate and to work in a team
• Organizational talent
• Working under personal responsibility
• Excellent stakeholder management

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is 52,204.04 EUR/year (on a full time basis). In most cases, the actual salary will be higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
