●Establish trust and own relationships of key decisions makers and business colleagues on behalf of CONEXTS across all practices, Commercial, Scientific and Operations (including Legal, Compliance & Consulting Services
●Build and maintains a strong customer focus in developing, defining and deploying CONEXTS strategy in providing an integrated solutions. Also accountable for CONEXTS revenues in the country
●Partner with the division teams to understand and represent their needs with respect to divisional objectives, priorities, and support/capability requirements and as an integral business partner for the country divisional leadership team.
●Represent the views of the Business Units in terms of regional / local interests, requirements, priorities, and business objectives and drives the alignment needs on the service offerings in collaboration with the CONEXTS teams. (“Voice of the Customer”)
●Monitor trends and changes within businesses, anticipating future needs and supporting CONEXTS Practices in evolving their services and solutions offering. Perform effective leadership and transformational management, demonstrating high skills in change management, persevering to overcome issues, balance risks and build trust among stakeholders
●Deliver agreed-upon target revenues by identifying opportunities to generate enterprise value and drive adoption of CONEXTS services/ Solutions effectively. Own all operational aspects of account management - stakeholder mapping & engagement planning, forecasting, budgeting, communication, governance, quality and change tracking, and ensure on-going operational excellence and business continuity
●Manage all key interfaces between business unit teams and CONEXTS resources (on-site, centralized, and off-shore teams) to drive the implementation of agreed support/ capabilities, work hand-in-hand to drive the implementation of assigned programs
●Perform effective leadership and transformational management, demonstrating high skills in change management, persevering to overcome issues, balance risks and building trust among stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

●MBA or professional qualification is preferred
●10+ years in management/relevant areas.
●8-10 years line management experience and / or operational experience in Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical (Commercial, Scientific functions, Operations).
●Significant experience of managing multi-functional projects, transitions, migrations with internal and external stakeholders
●Preferred: experience in remote relationships (on-shore/off-shore capability delivery).
●Fluent spoken and written English
