What will you be responsible for?
• Must have a strong ethos of automation, innovation, and flexibility to help build and deliver the next generation of network and security services. In-depth knowledge of applications, system and cloud services integration, and connectivity is required. This role will work with the global head of Technology and Infrastructure.
• Set overall standards and direction of Enterprise Architecture for Integration and API, ensuring the right IT investments driven from business priorities
• Define and manage the Enterprise Architecture Baseline, Target Architecture, and Roadmap (including conceptual & logical), covering capabilities, applications and platforms, services, data, technologies, etc. and architecture-relevant relations for Integration and API management in enterprise repository
• Participate in the Technology Evaluation for the business / technical solutions ensuring a holistic approach is applied
• Define a retirement/exit strategy is existing business/technology solutions
• Define and communicate patterns, standards, and adoption guidelines for Integration and API management
• Ensure alignment to ISRM, Legal, ethics, and other compliance policies and procedures in defining architecture standards, patterns, and solutions
• Ensure solutions developed strictly adheres to the Novartis platform strategies, DigitalCode, data/technology principles, and our API strategy for integration
• Ensure Architecture elements are captured in enterprise repository (e.g. ADOIT, ERWIN, EBX), minimally: Architecture Strategy, Target Conceptual & Logical Architecture and roadmaps, Technology Standards, Architecture Principles & Patterns, Data Models & Business Glossary, etc.
• Sponsor specific programs outside the domain through mentorship and via the community of practice, standard methodology, etc.

Minimum Requirements

• Completeness, adequacy, and correctness of the enterprise architecture meeting its functional and non-functional (qualitative) needs and requirements
• 12-15 years Enterprise architecture or Enterprise integration experience
• Enterprise and business architecture
• Integration/Middleware architecture knowledge and skill
• Cloud Architecture
• iPaaS / Cloud based integration experience
• API standard and management
• Partner Management
