Job Description

50+!We are aiming to submit 50+ NDA applications in China during 2019-2023.
• DDI in market data management.
1.Data quality (Accurate & Timely).
2.Troubleshoot and manage channel related issues e.g. data flow variances, distributor/DTP disputes, etc.
3.DDI in market data coverage expansion.
• Stock in Trade (SiT) management. Ensure balanced inventory across region.
1. Monthly SiT reporting, including T1 & full channel SiT reporting
2.Monthly manual SIT data collection & processing
3.Investigate any unreconciled inventory in channel
• Support pharmacy expansion strategy. Responsible for new pharmacy applica-tion and review and retail coverage analysis.
•Systems & Process Master. Set up KPIs for channel management, effective master data maintenance process and working with CE for online reports, to facilitate daily channel man-agement.
•Other Trade project and data analysis upon request

Minimum Requirements

•Solid commercial /channel management/demand planning experience in Phar-maceutical or FMCG industry.
•Strong business acumen and data analytical skills. Able to identify opportunities and challenges, work well with different types of customers and handle urgent pro-jects quickly.
•Bachelor’s degree, preferred in finance or marketing related majors.Fluent in English. Attention to detail and accuracy with strong sense of urgency
• Hands-on, system savvy, advanced technical skills in Excel (pivot table) and PowerPoint.
